Facility owners create restricted staff accounts using individual email addresses. Staff set their own password through an expiring setup link.

Creating a staff account does not grant clinical authority. Professional verification and access to clinical work require separate authorised decisions.

Discuss the access needed for each workflow before onboarding staff. Historic permission records do not establish a reviewed access grant.
